Delivery Policy

Deliveries are made between 8.00am and 6.00pm excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Only orders for funerals and weddings can be guaranteed to be delivered by a specific time.

A request can be made for an AM or PM delivery. We will always do our best to fulfil such requests but do not guarantee them.

Home addresses: if no-one is available to receive the delivery it will be left in a safe place, where instructed by the customer, or with a neighbour. A delivery card will be left to say where the flowers/gift can be found.

If the delivery cannot be left or we suspect the recipient is away the flowers will be returned to the shop and redelivered after the recipient has contacted us. If this is more than 24 hours after the intended delivery day a new bouquet/arrangement will be made.

Business addresses, hotels and hospitals: not all hospitals will accept deliveries of flowers, please check before ordering. Deliveries to hospitals, hotels and businesses may not be delivered to the recipient in person but to reception where the delivery will be signed for.
